Discounts
At settling for the term of 7 and more days, with payment of all term of residing at once, in the first day of settlement, a discount – 10 % from a payment total sum
At settling for the term of 14 and more days, with payment of all term of residing at once, in the first day of settlement, a discount – 20 % from a payment total sum
At settling for the term of 30 and more days, with payment of all term of residing at once, in the first day of settlement, a discount – 40 % from a payment total sum
The payment for living and booking services are held in the hotel "Lugansk" through the cash and cashless settlements. In the case of cashless settlement the transfer of money should be done to the settlement account of the hotel according to the invoice before the client's settling to the hotel. We operate with following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Check out time is 12 o'clock. In case of daily payment for living, the room is considered paid till 12 o'clock of the next day. From 12.00 till 13.00 o'clock the clients of the hotel can leave the room free of charge. For staying in the room after the check out time the client has to pay for:
- less then 6 hours after the check out time - double hour cost for every full hour of staying in the room;
- from 6 to 12 hours after the check out time - the half-cost of the room;
- more then 12 hours after the check out time - the full room cost.
Booking of the hotel rooms is a way of guarantied supplying of hotel clients with the necessary quantity of the rooms of the chosen category in required time and for the required terms. The cost of booking depends on weekday on which the client's settlement is set.

When you book a hotel room for Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday with expecting time of arriving from 0:00 till 12:00 a.m. and from 18:00 till 0:00 p.m. you have to pay the cost of reservation services in advance.
